Vegan Meals Prepared with our ALFA products.
Ingredients:
- Love
- 2 cups of Black Beans
- 1 Red Onion
- Green & Yellow Bell Peppers (your desired amount)
- 1 cup Portabella Mushrooms (optional)
- 1 tbsp of Cilantro
- 1 tbsp of Himalayan Pink Salt
- 1 tsp of Cayenne Pepper (optional)
- 2 cloves of Garlic
- Olive Oil (oil of choice)
- Empanada Sheets
Directions:
- Clean your vegetables with ALFA acidic water.
- Cut up all of your vegetables.
- Heat up a pan with olive oil.
- Put your cut up red onions and bell peppers into a pan with olive oil.
- Add your desired amount of seasoning to the pan.
- Stir everything around until they look cooked.
- Add your cooked black peans to the pan.
- Add your cut up mushrooms to the pan and mix it well with the rest of your ingredients.
- Add your cilantro.
- Once your mushrooms are at your desired texture you can begin stuffing your empanadas.
- You have the option of baking, air frying, or even deep frying your empanadas once they are stuffed.
- You're all done!
