BUSSIN Black Bean Empanadas

Vegan Meals Prepared with our ALFA products.


  • Love
  • 2 cups of Black Beans
  • 1 Red Onion
  • Green & Yellow Bell Peppers (your desired amount)
  • 1 cup Portabella Mushrooms (optional)
  • 1 tbsp of Cilantro
  • 1 tbsp of Himalayan Pink Salt
  • 1 tsp of Cayenne Pepper (optional)
  • 2 cloves of Garlic
  • Olive Oil (oil of choice)
  • Empanada Sheets


  1. Clean your vegetables with ALFA acidic water.
  2. Cut up all of your vegetables.
  3. Heat up a pan with olive oil.
  4. Put your cut up red onions and bell peppers into a pan with olive oil.
  5. Add your desired amount of seasoning to the pan.
  6. Stir everything around until they look cooked.
  7. Add your cooked black peans to the pan.
  8. Add your cut up mushrooms to the pan and mix it well with the rest of your ingredients.
  9. Add your cilantro.
  10. Once your mushrooms are at your desired texture you can begin stuffing your empanadas.
  11. You have the option of baking, air frying, or even deep frying your empanadas once they are stuffed.
  12. You're all done!
